1. Description of service

LittleUs is a desktop pet for two people. Each partner runs their own pet on their own computer: it walks along the taskbar, naps when the computer is locked, and wakes when its person sits down. Paired accounts can send each other small signals — a kiss, a nudge, or a short note. The app runs locally on your computer and never captures your screen, input, or files. LittleUs helps you feel close to your person; it is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling, therapy, or advice.

2. License

2.1 Free tier. Your own desktop pet is free to use, with no time limit. No license key or purchase is required for it.

2.2 License grant. Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable license for Couple access, delivered as two license keys: one for your account, one for your partner's. Each key activates one account and is bound to it upon activation.

2.3 Updates. Software updates are included for as long as your Couple access is active and the service is offered. There is no recurring fee and no separate update plan.

2.4 Key handling. License keys are delivered to your email after purchase. Keep them private — a key is the only thing needed to activate the access it carries. If a key is lost or was activated by someone else, contact us before purchasing again.

2.5 Restrictions. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license keys. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application. You may not use the application for any unlawful purpose.

3. Pricing and payment

Couple access is sold as a one-time purchase; the price is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect purchases already completed. All payments are processed securely through Whop, our payment processor, in compliance with PCI-DSS standards; checkout follows Whop's buyer terms. We never see your card details.

4. Refunds and support

If something went wrong with a purchase — keys that never arrived, a payment that went through twice, or anything else — email hello@littleus.co first. A person reads that inbox, and we'll work it out with you.

5. Accounts and acceptable use

An account requires an email and a name. LittleUs is for people who want to feel close: nudge people who want to be nudged. You may not use LittleUs to harass, spam, or bother anyone. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or these terms. You can delete your account yourself at any time from the app's Profile page.

Your words are yours. The notes, nudges, and other content you write or send through LittleUs belong to you — we store and deliver them only so they reach your partner, and they are deleted when either paired account is deleted.

6. Availability and platforms

LittleUs runs on Windows and Linux, with Mac on the way. We do not guarantee compatibility with all hardware configurations. Pairing and signals require an internet connection; the pet itself keeps working offline.

7. Intellectual property

The LittleUs name, logo, application, and website are our property. These terms give you a license to use the application — not ownership of it.

8. Limitation of liability

LittleUs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Tunisia.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
